  I am writing to let you know that we, my husband and I, have just completed the purchase of 117 Wellington Avenue, Newport, RI with your agent, Laurel Handel. My husband met her through and open house that she was hosting in May of this year. I cannot say enough about her. She is very knowledgeable about the area in terms of comps, resale ability, and listing price amount. She was very prompt in getting back to us with any information that was requested and always gave an update, even if there wasn’t one, so that I we were not kept wondering. She even went as far as sending out letters to property owners to see if anyone would be interested in selling their condo on one property that my husband was interested in. Our purchase of Wellington Ave was difficult in terms of the other realtor and seller, who apparently didn’t really want to sell her property. They would not respond in a timely manner to any of our requests, yet Laurel was diligent about getting the answers that we needed and was even able to get in and send videos to us of the rooms when the seller would not let us inside until the closing. She was always professional and amicable, even when we were frustrated.
  
  I highly recommend her and will be sure to recommend her and your real estate office to anyone that I know looking for property in this area.
